Where is the best tire mount/balance shop in Houston?

In a couple of weeks I'll need to have my new wheels/tires mounted and balanced. I'd like to find a professional in Houston that can balance them exactly without any wobble at high speed (150+).

I had my last set mounted at an exotic maintenance shop on the north side and balanced with a hunter road force machine but they aren't perfect and wobble at high speed.

I've never used an wheel balance machine but while watching the guy it looked like the machine would stop and indicate a location and they the guy just stuck the weight 'in the general area'.

Thanks

I have always had good experiences with Motorwerks on the Southwest Freeway for a wide range of services including mounting and balancing 3 sets of tires (S550, X5, RS4) and all have been perfect. They have an Italian Corgi mounting machine that is amazing to watch.

Their # is 832-419-8084

I took my stock 220M wheels to Motorwerks Houston that were previously improperly balanced and now they are spot on! They dismounted the tires, rotated them for the best natural balance and then added weights to the inside and outside of the wheel.

I’ve always had the 82mph shake and then with my new RE11’s the car would still shake at 82 and then get pretty rough around 130 due to the shoddy balance job. Now the car is smooth throughout the range.

I also took my new HRE’s and Cups over there for mount and balance. Again they did an excellent job, not a scratch on the wheels and they are as smooth as glass.

Very satisfied with the work there and I’d highly recommend them!

Thanks 540gone!

I feel a lot faster on the cups - The grip is impressive!

With the cups and some new knowledge I'm aiming for -/+ 1:47 next time I go to MSRH.
