Looks like now I have to get Procede just so I don't have to lose to a station wagon!

Depends where u grew up. I like hatches.
I grew up in Europe. Americans overall are not too keen on hatches. The new Sti is so superior to the previous car. It's a bargain at its price. That center diff is awesome.

Same here.. but I think this new STI has too much to offer compare to the old one, it is simply better in every aspect. Don't get trick by the looks on the outside, this new hatchback STI is very roomy.

Just wait until Audi brings out the RS6 wagon. And in Europe you'd have to deal with the BMW M5 wagon, Merc E63 wagon, etc. Personally I think wagons are way cooler and more stylish than sedans.

As ugly as it may be, I bet the hatchback part of the deal may open a lot of doors for guys with wives and kids trying to convince their wives into letting them buy this sucker!

To each his own but I think it looks very nice. Wide and defined styling and the hatch part isnt great but sure doesnt hurt. I know its no bmw but for what it is and the price I cant think of anything better.

I can drive my rear sway enhanced 335i on the track by just swapping out the wheels/tires and be one of the fastest guys out there, then go back to stock and drive my investors/colleagues around in comfort without feeling like a teenager. |

In light of present company, I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I actually like the look of the new sti. Granted, I'm a big GTI/R32 fan, but I really think it looks modern and aggressive, almost "Mad-Max" ish. The AWD technology is amazing, and its rally heritage is second to none. When my current 335 lease is up, I'm probably going to lease one. Is there anyone else out there that actually likes it???? Tell me I'm not alone!!!

The goos thing about the scoop is that it's functional. I think the car looks very "menacing" in black, and yes, I'm not a huge fan of clear tail lights. They look too aftermarket Honda.
