You'll have to do a conversion for most of us to be able to help you out. What does that come to US? How much over invoice?

that is good deal in Canada IMO. I have yet to find a BMW dealer that will do 500 over invoice in Canada (well Alberta anyway, too much money here for those types of deals)

You're better off posting in the Canada sub-forum so you won't scare our American friends with our exorbitant CAD prices.

Anyhow, good Canadian "deals" are usually 4-6% off MSRP. You'll be hard-pressed to find anything remotely close to the invoice-plus, especially in the GTA. Unless you are fortunate enough to have some sort of connection or inside line to a particular CA.

Consider getting a CPO as well, you will save a lot of money.

i looked into used models and cant really find the exact car i want and also would rather be the first driver i know i can save some money there but i also want everything to be the way i want it for that kind of $$
is it safe to assume if my total price is 95900 then the invoice price should be around 87.5K?

I just order mine with 7.5% off off MSRP (Options Included). In your case it seems he is giving you 6.31% off. I think you can have him knock off another 1000 or 1500 and that would be it.

I don't think difference in Canadian and US price is that much, considering that we are a country of 31 million people (I used to live in the US before). Comparing MSRP to MSRP, it is 58,000 for US and 71000 for Canadian ($13,000). Now compare that Netherlands ($113, 500 Euros) translates to approx. 152,000 USD. Bear in mind, a lot of features that are optional in US come standard in Canada (Heated seats, comfort access to name a few). Not to mentioned the access to Individual colours and options.
