The tire sizes you listed are correct for 19" wheels but not ideal for your 18" wheels. Here is what I would suggest:
Front: 275/35/18 or 265/35/18 (you could also do 255/40/18 but that would be more stretched and you might as well go wider since you have the wheel width to support it) Rear: 285/35/18 or 295/35/18 (you could also do 275/40/18 but I wouldn't - same reason as above) Nitto Invo are junk IMO and not anywhere near the same performance level as the RE-11. The Nitto NT05 is more competitive with the RE-11. I would suggest Michelin PSS for street use and Hankook RS3, Nitto NT05, or BFG G-Force Rival for Street / Track use in the sizes I suggested. RE-11 is a good tire but it's not available in decent 18" sizes for the M3.

Very informative, thank you.
Would you do 275/35 and 285/35 in PSS(does not come in 295/35) or 275/35 and 295/35 in PS2?? By going 275 in the front will there be any rub issue against fender or spring? stock ZCP, and trying to stay away from spacer. Quote:

I would do the PSS over the PS2 considering that PSS is better and costs less. 275 in the front won't be a problem on the inside spring unless you switch to KW which will require a 3-5mm spacer. You may graze the back of the liner at full lock but if so it will be very minor (I have ran 275's on 8 sets of wheels on my car and some offsets hit the liner slightly but never enough to wear through it - only a minor scratch) You will also want a little negative camber in the front for best fitment (I pulled my alignment pins to get -1.8ish in the front when I was on Eibach springs). If all of that sounds like too much, go with 265/35/18.
