Residual / MF

I am locked into February rates and hoping they get better in March. Any thoughts on the direction they will go?

Also - how long do you have the opportunity to lock into a possibly better rate/residual? Is it up until you sign the lease papers at time of pick up?

Thanks so much.

It's been a while since I purchased my M, but if I remember, when I ordered my care, my rate was locked in for three months. I don't see why it should be different with Money factors. Regardless, your finance manager should be able to shed light on this.

Rates should stay stable or fall due to current state of Obamaland.

Hard to predict rate direction, but residuals will most likely drop. I would guess some sort of spring program would come out at some point, but when it is all added up, the past several months may have been some of the best for several models (E93 M3).

Also, the rate lock is 60 days east coast, 90 west coast.

Thanks much - anxious to see the new March rate sheet - it's like playing the stock market! LOL
