WTB: 09 or 10 E92 M3

Looking to buy an 09 or 10 M3 coupe DCT. I'm looking for really any interior color or exterior color but I'd prefer black. I'm in southern California and looking to spend around 38,000 or so but would be willing to spend more for the right car. I've been looking for a month or so and haven't found anything yet so I'm hoping you guys can help, thanks!

you probably could get 08 e92 for that price. i think 09's are still going for 40k+ except for those with history or high milage

Yeah I can but I don't want to get a car that old. I've found multiple 09's and even a few 10's in my price range that have low mileage. The only problem is that they are all across the country and I've had no luck searching in Cali

I would like the mention that California has higher used car prices...so that might be why CA doesn't have any 09s for 38k.
