M539 complete S65 rebuild

Like always Sreten delivers beautiful videos, this time completing his S65 rebuild.
He uses BE V2 and point out their spec being nominal 0.068mm which is kinda weird as 0.062mm by BE (earlier) and every other engine builder is claimed to be the golden clearance. Anyway, subject for discussion in another thread.

Good video.

Noticed he also used the mporium vanos covers and NRW valve covers.

Will be interesting to see in the next installment what TA’s he uses.

Definitely. I’ve been hoping for this level of detail for the timing procedure for a long time. Doesn’t look too bad if you have a good quality timing set. I’ve heard varied reports on the quality of kits out there. The scary part would be hitting that torque angle in car.
