Is it possible to vent the current BPV to atmosphere ?
I just switched mine out, and the supplied BPV sounds pretty good. I found a a rubber cap at lowes in the plumbing section even came with a clamp! I'll be switching to the Tial shortly though.

Or don't do anything and leave it the way it was.

I did mine aswell. Very easy mod. Takes 3 minutes.
There is nothing fast and furious about it. Under regular driving the whoosh is barely noticeable. Under wot it's quite cool. I can see how it may become boring but for now I love it. It makes the engine come alive. I will post a comparison with the tail BOV when it arrives.

Just installed tial bov. Firstly let me say that the place that Vf engineering recommended for bov ordering and pricing was amazing. Great SC and amazingly fast shipping. The car sounds amazing. Much better than the bpv vented to atmosphere. The sound is soo adivctive you just want to take the long way home and make a wrong turn back around on purpose. Now I see what the AA guys were talking about. The great thing is that it's fully reversable in minutes. Here is a quick pic.

Thanks brother. With plastidip u can change your car color on demand. It's quite easy and cheap. And it also provides a protective barrier. I have a video but it's a large one is Utube the only way of posting a vid?

So take off the hose that goes from BPV to intake, and put a rubber cap on the intake hole, that's it?
