Some basic questions after CIC Upgrade

Just got it done. I'm not sure yet if it was worth the $$$, but what's done is done.

So the questions:
1) The '3D maps perspective' setting is greyed out, why?
2) How do I change the volume for the Nav voice directions? Likewise, the incoming call notification is quiet too.
3) When I imported music from USB, it only wants to play the tracks in alphabetical order, not in track order.


I know, I should , but I don't have one!

I know, I should , but I don't have one!

1) You might not have maps new enough. Updating the maps/software could fix this issue.

2) Use the volume knob while the voice instructions are telling you where to go.

3) Not sure on this one, I use pandora most of the time.
