Here are some various 0-200km/h times for Rs4. From german carmags.
sport auto 10/2005 0 - 100 km/h 4,9 s 0 - 200 km/h 17,1 s ams 2006 0 - 100 km/h 4,7 s 0 - 200 km/h 17,2 s sport auto 06/2006 0 - 100 km/h 4,7 s 0 - 200 km/h 16,9 s For obvious reasons there are no M3 V8 times yet. |

seems like it was only yesterday when the rs4 vs m3 threads were rampant. haven't seen one of those pop up in a while...guess it might be because the performance comparisons are finally streaming in and no speculation is necessary anymore.

Relative numbers look pretty reasonable to me. They are surely not the best postings either car has nor will make. However I am suprised that the RS4 does not outperform the M3 up to around 60 or 80 km/hr or so. The AWD system will deliver very strong accelerations during the wheel slip period when launched properly.
