looking for a second set for the e90 m3. I cannot find 219m locally, so was wondering what would be a good OEM alternative that would look decent.

Type of aftermarket wheels depends on your budget and the style of wheel(s) you like.

Apex has a good selection of forged and flow forged wheels. Titan7 has a few good forged wheels, too. Bimmerworld also has a good selection of forged and flow forged wheels. HRE, BBS, Volk, etc have several forged wheels but starting prices are $$$ to $$$$$!
