I heard the Remus Race w/ Fabspeed x-pipe non-resonated today and man it was way too loud. Sounded pretty raspy too, but it was easily the loudest car out of our meet.

It's sounding even better after more miles are put on it. Sounded whack when I first put it on, but now it sounds very nice. Best part, no drone!

Talk to Jlevi SW! They are located in Santa Ana, so you could probably avoid shipping costs. You can try calling Riss Racing directly to set an appointment up. If they don't pick up the first time, just keep trying!

That is what I have. HJS is the manufacturer of the cats Fabspeed uses. I did not want to hijack the thread so I merely mentioned HJS....

Update: I have a slight leak where the x-pipe meets the OEM connecting pipes. Going in to Riss tomorrow & work with them to fix. The rasp has toned down a lot and actually sounds pretty good now!

Update2: Riss has been very prompt with their service and everything is working as it should. They stand behind their products incase anything goes wrong which is great security.

I just replaced my RPI Off Road Pipes w/ the Riss Racing HFC X-Pipe, and sound is much better! (I also have the Riss Racing) mufflers...

I'll post Dyno #'s and images in a new thread tomorrow.

Very impressive from Riss Racing!

Dave

Dave, how is it when you're just cruising around at 40 vs 70 mph? Can you still use the Bluetooth system OK? I'm very interested in this since they're local and are offering free install.

Really glad to hear, Adam and Anthony have been working real hard pumping out these exhausts and x-pipes.

We are in Santa Clara in Northern California although a lot of people get that confused

In any case, Riss is offering free local pick up in Southern California or Free Installation for E9X M3 parts when purchased through us so let us know.

Hi Aus, yes... I still use the Blue Toothe system... their HFC Catted X-Pipe is great... really toned it down.

Still sounds incredible outside the car, but not NEAR as bad as it was INSIDE the car... with the RPI (No Cats).

You do still get some drone inside the car, but you can definitely use your BlueTooth.

Peace,
Dave

Here are some pics, just before install:

Thanks for your input.

I also asked in your Dyno thread, so you can disregard that. Thanks again.

Their x-pipe w/ HFC is very impressive w/ sound and gains. I couldn't ask for more from an x-pipe/hfc solution.
