Carbon Roof Upgrade?

Does anyone think that a vendor will come out with a CF roof upgrade for the M3s with sunroofs? that would be pretty cool to get a little of both!

good for look.. but pretty much almost no gains in performance the sun roofs to heavy....if you want sun get a vert imo.

The sunroof assembly weighs ~37 lbs. The folding hardtop vert rood with mechanism is like, 400? Weight will not win you that argument.

Just to clear some stuff up, I was the one who started that 400+ lbs vert thread. I was shown more accurate info that the real weight difference is about 280

Cool, where did you see that. I thought it was the +400lbs in BMWs release causing it to be .5 secs slower to 60.

Ive had my sunroof closed on my e46 now for about 3 months so that I can get used to it... I going to miss it
