Sirius Questions related to E93 and E90

I just purchased a 2009 M3/ and have the ability to pull the Sirius components from a 2012 M3 convertible,

First silly question: Where is the location of the Sirius receiver? I have searched and looked at the ETK and cannot determine where it is.

Second question: Will the e93 parts work for the e90? I understand I will have to have the e90 radio coded. I just want the hardware at this point.

Third question: I have come across the information related to the Combox to obtain the bluetooth audio stream option, so if I am taking things off, will anything from the e93 work as well? Location of this too would be nice.

Thanks for the help.

Under the trunk liner, sat box and TCU/combox is located there. Should be direct fit with the current brackets.
