Does the V07 stuff do anything significant as far as anti-static? My new car is a darker color and tends to look dusty.

I haven't noticed any significant improvement on the dust compared to the ultimate detailing spray, but after a day it does look a tad shinier.

My coworker swears this gtrchniq stuff repels dust . Might just bite the bullet and give it a try. I can't stand the dust

I have always been a huge advocate for Wizards products. I have used I believe all products above and do for some customers cars, however Wizards Mist-n-shine Bottled Detailer spray is simply the best Ive used. Note: It requires a clean surface, however man does it change everything!

Directly from Zaino is the only place I have ever found it:
http://www.zainostore.com/

I usually get what they call the "Zaino Maintenance Pack". Its 2 bottles of detail spray and 4 bottles of car wash.

I also use their leather cleaner and conditioner.

They have a flat rate shipping fee so see if you can get some friends together and pickup a few things and split the shipping...

Not a hardcore detailing guy but out of the 4-5 different kinda of quick detailing spray I've used I haven't really noticed much of a difference between any of them.

I'm using it on top of glaze/sealant/wax. It really brings out the shine after a wash. It's just a little cheaper than the Sonax, but I wait for them to have a sale and buy the gallon size at 20% off...which is roughly $40.

I threw this into my Amazon order and finally gave it a shot earlier tonight. It's at least as good as the Meguiar's product but time will tell.

I used it on the 2014 328i we just picked up last night. The car will need a full paint correction, but I can tell a huge difference when using it on that paint that hasn't been cared for properly. The car is Imperial Blue and it made it look very deep and wet. I don't notice that as much on my SSII Metallic paint. Just an observation.

I feel like the Chemical Guys Hybrid V07 Optical is stripping my wax/sealant.

Their website does not make any mention of any "cleaning" properties, though they don't explicitly state "safe for waxes and sealants".

That being said, I would be VERY surprised if it actually did degrade waxes or sealants. These products are always quite mild. Maybe you could call them and ask?

From what I've read it does contain a form of alcohol (propylheptyl) in the msds sheet.

A primary reason I went with it was because it was safe on top of glaze/sealant/wax.

From the Q&A section of their site...

"Detail sprays like Hybrid V7 are safe to use for light cleanups between full car washes. Hybrid V7 will not harm your vehicle's wax or sealant coats."

If you at my post above it contains some form of alcohol which is known to strip waxes.
From what I've noticed, the water beading action is rather dull than the meguairs and rinses off after a rain shower.

I'd call Chemical Guys and ask them point-blank, "It says safe for waxes and sealants yet it contains alcohol which, as I understand it, will remove those products. Can you clarify this?"

You don't want to use that on matte paint.

Use this instead...

How does this differ or compare to products from Dr. Beasley or Swissvax?

I currently use Swissvax and it makes no difference on rubber marks from the track.

I have not actually used it, just heard it works well. Nanolex makes some good stuff as well.

I've been through three different products on my Jerez Black car.

No doubt in my mind, of the three below Kenotek Showroom Shine is by far the best. Doesn't streak, easy to apply and holds up well.

And that is one crappy photo for the iPhone 7

You need to use tar remover to get the rubber marks off from track days. Mother's also makes a R3 - Racing Rubber Remover that works as well.
