You're looking for something like the following:

- OEM M357
- HRE P40 / P40S / P40SC
- MORR VS8.2
- VMR 710
- Avant Garde M310

Comes in various price points, depending on weights, manufacturing types, sizes, brand, design, concavity, and quality. I'm sure there are others that fall into wheel design. I think your sample pics are showing 20s. Do a search of the above, and you'll see LOTS of people around here with this style of wheel, including me.

Cheap? That's easy. Alufelgen CS7, VMR 710, and Avant Garde 310. All <$1000 a set. Check the vendor classifieds. You get what you pay for.
