Hey guys so I'm thinking of getting te37SLs and wanted to know what's the widest you can go on stock suspension with 18s and with 19s and if someone could post 2 comparisons between the 18 and 19 wheels I haven't decided which ones I like more that would be awesome!

My question too ..... Is yours zcp suspension or non zcp.... ?? I ran the Michelin pilot A/S3's in 255/35 front and 275/35 rears without any issue on my Te37sl 18" wheels ... Planning to switch to Michelin pilot super sports and wanted to know if 265/35/18 front and 285/35/18 rears will be possible without any rubbing or differential related issues

I think someone has run them but I can't seem to find that thread to see if they had any issues

FYI ... Mine is stock suspension , non - ZCP... No suspension mods whatsoever

Replacement Volk decals

A few months ago I hit up an unnamed vendor from the forum for some replacements, and they wanted $60/set.....after I paid $50/set from the same vendor a couple years ago.....which is entirely too much for some vinyl IMHO. I balked and set out to find something more reasonable.

http://www.decals4wheels.com/ is where I ended up not too long ago. He's not in the US, but I took a chance as the price was so low. It took about 2 weeks for them to get here, but I ordered 1 blue set and 1 white set for my 19"s. Those that know the decals know that the 17" and 18" wheels utilize the same size decal, and the decals for the 19"s are a bit larger. He offers the correct sizing, he does not combine packages (I rec'd 2 separate envelopes), he offers free worldwide shipping, and he has a plethora of colors to choose from.

Just so we're clear, you receive 4 decals for $12.16 shipped.

The 8 piece set with the decals by the valve stems is $15.50 shipped.
http://www.decals4wheels.com/product...s-stickers-x8/

Cheers!

Does anyone know which "edition" of TE37s are on the car in this photo? They look great. (I PM'd EAS directly, but they haven't responded.)

Both wheels pictured are the TE37SL's

These are available in two different finishes. Pressed Graphite and Double Pressed Black.

The Orange car would be the Double Pressed Black finish, whereas the white car pictured are the Pressed Graphite finish.

We are running some AMAZING discounts on Volks right now through our Annual JDM wheel sale. Please PM me with any questions!

Debating between the following TE37's for my Jerez Black E90 M3:

- Mag blue TE37RT's in 18x9.5 ET23 front / 18x10.5 ET21 rear
- Matte blue gunmetal TE37 Ultra's in 19x9.5 ET23 front / 19x10.5 ET23 rear

All things being equal, I prefer 18" over 19", but wouldn't mind the extra clearance of a 19" for added peace of mind over a 380mm BBK. Weight difference and design difference between the two sizes is negligible for my purposes, but I would definitely appreciate the additional tire sidewall and ride quality of the 18". I'm able to purchase the TE37 Ultra's for a mere $100 more per wheel than the TE37RT's, so from a price standpoint the additional tech in rigidity and weight savings when moving from the RT to the Ultra comes at a really good value, imo. Another consideration is that the TE37RT's are currently in stock state-side and ready to ship, while the TE37 Ultra's would require a 10-12 week lead/wait time from Japan. Note that I'm in no rush, so the wait time wouldn't be a big deal to me.

Ultimately, it comes down to color for me; I have seen ample pictures of non-RT TE37's in Mag Blue over Jerez Black, and like what I see (I personally think the red sticker used in conjunction with this particular color combo of car color/wheel color looks terrible, but the RT has a machined aluminum-silver colored logo, so I'm not worried about that). I havn't been able to find too many examples of the Matte Blue Gunmetal that the TE37 Ultra's come in on a Jerez Black car (or any blue'ish black car for that matter); any links would be much appreciated! So far, I'm leaning toward Mag Blue > Matte Blue Gunmetal purely from a color preference standpoint.

Thanks guys and gals!

I have TE37RT squared (18x10.5 et21) and I love em. Perfect for the track, super light and strong. I would hit the track curbing in certain tracks and no issues. They can take the track abuse. The space grey and red color combo compliments each other.

Too bad they discontinued the LE37's. Loved them on my G. Regret selling them till this day. Would have looked badass on my space grey M3.
