E92 End of Production

Hi All,

Does any one know when is EOP for the current E92 M3? I talked to my dealer and he mentioned March of next year, is this correct?

I tried to look online and i saw that people are saying it is end of this year and some are saying unknown yet!!

I have a situation where I might need to get rid of my current 135i 6MT and get an Auto for the next couple of years. so I am seriously looking into getting the current M3 before it is gone. I will know for sure this by the end of this year so my perfect case is if i can place an order in December for a March or February delivery? Can I do an ED in March?

About pricing I am looking at:
Base $ 60,100
Premium $4350
19" $1,200
DCT $2,900
HK $1,900
Tax +++
------------
Total $72,645

what do you think i should shoot to achieve during negotiation if i am not going to do ED? and for ED how much less?

Thanks,

2013 M3 will be in production until mid 2013. $500 to $1000 over invoice is a good price. For invoice price go to bmwconfig.com.

I tried BMWConfig for ED it said:
MSRP: $68,490
Invoice: $63,085

does this mean i should shoot for ~64K for ED?

If you have the money for the trip, and can wait 8 weeks for re-delivery of your car, it's a great option. You may have trouble finding a dealer that will do an ED now though. I suggest calling Ryan or Checa at Steve Thomas BMW and asking them about it.

ED prices have been suspended due to the 2013 M3's coming out of dealer allocations. You can still do ED, but you will get $500 over US Invoice as the price (which kind of defeats the purpose for some people).

$500 over US invoice is the going rate domestically/ED

I forgot to mention that part, haha. Thanks for catching that.

I see.... ED was not a must, it was a plus , I do a vacation and at the same time i can get some savings on the car since i have relative in Munich I was not worried about all the staying expenses.

Oh well, I guess then my option is to order it in December during the sales season for March delivery.

Thanks again guys.

End of production for the e92 M3 is June 2013. Pricing at BMWconfig is accurate. Let me know if you have any questions about the process. You can combine both Euro Delivery and Performance Center.

Regards,
David

As David said, re production. The only issue could be getting an allocation. Dec should be ok, but with the E90, finding an order spot at the end of production became difficult. Same may occur with the E92.
