Spacers and Studs

I installed 12mm/15mm spacers and 82mm studs.

Spacers help fill in the wheel well and there are no vibrations.

The studs come with 5mm allen bullet tips for easy intallation - Torq'd 16 ft/lbs with red loctite and nuts were Torq'd to 86 ft/lbs

The 82mm studs were perfect as they allow up to 20mm spacers and they don't stick out too much.

The studs were from Motorsport Hardware

http://motorsport-hardware.mybigcomm...nversion-kits/

Very good deal on studs kits.

Here are some photos.

I had two pairs. One set of Macht Schnell and one set of Turner Motorsport. I decided to keep the Turners because they better engineered.

These are stock 245/265 but I have enough room to fit 255/275

Just wondering if the issue in this video is valid. will there be a gap between the zcp wheels and the H&R spacers?

From my knowledge, that only occurs with 10mm spacers since there is not enough spacer thickness to properly fit the wheel hub. Go 12mm or wider.

Nice! I ran stud kits on my M3's and on my current modded X5. I'm using 90mm studs though.

You shouldn't. It'll just depend on how low your car is.

Car is on Eiboch springs with the h&r spacers, not too low, just don't want any vibrations .
