Am I crazy? Im holding out for a deal like this. . .

So recently I was involved in a serious head on collision where I lost my 2007 M6. It was my birthday weekend and we had a trip to AC planned so I went and picked up something quick.. I ended up with a 2010 B8 S4, supercharged 3.0 V6. Quick and fast but not all the power I am used to coming from the V10. Recently I decided to stop modding and hold over the winter so that I can shoot for an M3 this spring. As good as my dealer is (we recently purchased a 328 convertible and an X6 5.0 both near invoice.) I still cant live with any of the numbers I keep getting for the M3. What I need is to come out of pocket with no more than $6200 walk away for 12,000 miles a year for 3 years with a $800 a month payment on a $75,675 E92 M3 Coupe. Invoice is $69,650. I have history with BMW financial so i dont pay deposit or any b/s like that... anyone think its possible, or have any recommendations?

I absolutely think so. Check out the 2011 pricing thread for a better idea.

My E92's MSRP is 75,2. Assuming the 59% residual for 3yr 12k mi/yr, and that you can get it for invoice + ~$600 - $1,500 (holiday credit) my calculation is about $820/m OTD with 9.25% tax rate in Cali. Since your tax rate and registration is probably less in NJ you should be just under 800/m.

I took my friend the other day to get him a deal on an e93. Based on a $81,000 sticker, the deal came out to $2,010 down and $901.00 monthly!!!! Im so pissed because my car was sticker $72 but I got it for $67,100 with $2000 down and I'm paying $970. The bitch said the "holiday specials" came out and the deals are ridiculous. I just don't get how it's possible for an $81k sticker to become $901 per month with $2k down!

Gotta compares apples to apples...

The E93 retails for more, but the lease residual is much higher than the less expensive E92 so hence the difference.

If the residuals were the same, the difference in monthly payment would be reflected in the same percentage of price difference.

Unrealistic if you're including the tax.

Persian, that's a 93, right?

Where is this? including taxes? I want to put money down because my monthly payment is a concern. so... subtract taxes title and fees from the $6200 i have to put down and thats the cap cost reduction i am willing to put forth. $800 a month max.. might be attainable from what i am seeing on this thread.
