Noise Steering Column

I am getting some high pitch noise from my steering wheel when I am turning the wheel to the left without giving any gas.

anyone have similiar problem? The noise is almost like a whinning and is more noticeable in parking lots.

If it's near the point of maximum lock, it's normal.
