Problem with BMW car club

I am seriously disappointed with their CS. Those A holes rejected our family F30 purchase )500 rebate for no reasons ;( I am really upset and angry and their CS rep Trish is awful bitch the way she treated my wife when she called . Simply awful. Today and this time I announce break of my affiliation with the club never to return;( I wish if there would be a rep here I shall at least give him ears on running such pathetic CS and services.. Awful

There's obviously more to this story than you are telling. My guess is that you let your membership lapse (even for a day), the car was not bought in the member's name, or you did not meet the filing time frame requirements. Also, the fact that you took the time to actually name people and call them a bitch speaks volumes as well.

They just don't randomly say "no".

Well, this is not the first time, but repeatedly we experienced terrible CS.
I guess, when there are questions they are the answers or BS I guess

Garage List
So you are not going to renew your membership cause they didn't give you a $500 rebate that they really don't have to do in the first place?
