Selling my 2011 E92 M3 with only 26,000 Miles for $50,500. The car is in great shape, never been in a car accident, and has a clean CARFAX and title. It is still under the 4 yr/50K Factory Warranty until 6/25/14. I purchased the car from Valencia BMW last July as a lease return. At the time the dealer put all new tires on and replaced the windshield probably for rock chips. It has always had its scheduled services. I have all the service records from Valencia BMW where it was serviced during its lease and my service records since I purchased the car. Its last scheduled service was in late January for a break fluid change, micro filter replacement, and oil change. At that time the dealer said it had 70% tread on tires and also 80% of its brake pads. They remarked at how nice of shape the car was in.

It has never been smoked in and the previous leasing owner never smoked in it either. The car is very clean with a few rock chips from its freeway miles. The rock chips were present when I bought the car. I have babied it and not had any issues with the car. It has only been washed by me or by the dealer. It has never been tracked and I don't drive the car much or hard. The reason I have decided to part with the car is because I don't drive it much and my wife and I will be trying for children soon so we will be looking to replace the car with an SUV. This is the third M3 I have owned and I have loved all the models but this by far was my favorite and am a bit sad to let it go so soon but I'm getting ready to enter into a different stage of life with kids, strollers, baby seats, etc. and an SUV will be much more practical.

In addition to the list of options that are provided below, I also have a 5 year transferable Appearance Protection Program - Paintguard, Fiberguard, and Leatherguard (1,000) which was purchased from Valencia BMW and is good until 7/14/2018. There is no cost for transferring the warranty and this protects the interior leather and carpets of the car as well as the outside paint of the car. At the time of purchase the car also received a special protective coat on the outside paint as well as all of the inside leather and carpet were treated too. All work was done by BMW dealership.

The Car is completely stock except for an aftermarket tint on the windows installed by the original owner and some BMW decals that I purchased to replace the blue in the BMW Logo with Carbon Fiber. The stickers look mint, match the carbon fiber roof, and are on each of the wheels, both front and back emblems, and the steering wheel. Should you wish to remove it , they will come off very easy.

Here are the list of options/packages:
DCT
Competition Package
Technology Package
Premium Package
Enhanced Premium Sound
NAV
Heated front seats
Carbon Leather Interior Trim
Anti-theft alarm system
Rain sensor and auto headlight
IPOD and USB adapter
Shadow line exterior trim
(no PDC or moonroof)

Looks like an 11.0
Or a 10.85 even,lol
From the Warranty date... Looks like the car was first sold 6/24/10 so production would be early 2010...

+1 on the high asking price....mid 40s would be more realistic

My dealer had offered me mid 40s to buy it out right. I would consider coming down a little in the price but since I'm not in a rush to sell the car I don't want to sell it for that low. Production date was April 2010.

Your price is still too high.... There is a '11 on this site with 8k miles for cheaper asking price than your car......

Check out Autotrader, there are some M3s with the same mileage, color, options, under CPO for $48.9, and that's from a BMW dealer so they probably bought it for mid 40s, most you will get from a forum member will be under $48.9. No one wants to buy from a private party for the same price as the dealer

+1 Also BMWFS has some financing deals on CPO's right now. Mid 40's is more realistic for private party. I'm seeing CPO's in the low 50's on the east coast. At 0.9% with a $500 statement credit the cheaper financing basically pays for the CPO.

Yes, but what's the difference if any? Maybe just a feel for the exact age of the car?

That's great! Fair price for a nice car. I sold my M3 few months ago. What are you buying next?
