BMW LOL

Stumbled upon this piece of work at the California State Fair yesterday...

Has decent mods, except for the license plate. Two different set of rims as well, AMG + Volks? Not sure if it was a C55 since it was debadged. Enjoy the pics.

I think that custom license plates with remarks such as that are completely unnecessary. Including some of our own BMW brethren. (AMG THIS, etc.). It's highly entertaining....but unnecessary. Just my $0.02.

What's the big deal? If it is a C55 AMG, the 5.4L V8 is respectable. I'm still looking for an E55 AMG, huge depreciation and alot car for the money!

It's not a big deal and no disrespect to AMG (or any car manufacturer for that matter). Just an observation and personal opinion on the car...specifically, the license plate. It practically begs for attention - which I'm obliging

Though, I do give props to the Pedo Bear sticker, lol.

Personally, I don't think the black car in the OP looks that great. For all you know, this could be a S/C Beast! Stock versions can easily do 13.5 @ 106.6 mph. The plate is not my cup of tea, but no different than all the AMG mocking plates out there. Here is a nice clean example of an AMG C55.

Classy, like a lady

The Pedo Bear sticker is kind of funny, though

This is probably in response to the other guy around NorCal with an E46 M3 and the license plate "AMG LOL".

And that looks much like the C55 my buddy (on a ZX6RR) was playing around with a while back. If it is the same car... it's retarded fast.

Why the hell do you even care? Are you the license plate police now? Do you also go around telling people whether or not their tattoos are cool enough for you or not?

I think it's just a friendly stab at any ///M driver. However, these plates (I've seen BMW LOL [on a C63 AMG], LOL AMG [on an E92 M3], WHATM3 [on an E92 335i]) should not start a flame war between Mercedes and BMW, or AMG and M.

I think we should all unite and burn ricers.

EDIT:

I am as big a license plate police as you are an opinion nazi and hypocrite.

BTW, seems like you've forgotten your own opinions about custom plates...

Hi Massengill34 First of all the gentleman in the thread you posted here asked for opinions and so I gave him mine. I'm pretty clear about how I am not against personal plates just not a fan of his suggestions. So your point here is moot.

Just saying that you have no idea why this guy has this. Maybe it is an inside joke between friends..who knows. Funny how you call me an opinion nazi when you are the one posting pics of a stranger's car on a public forum and offering up unwanted opinions.

The point wasn't whether you liked custom plates or not, but rather, how "opinionated" you are about HIS choices (as I was with this guy's "BMW LOL"). So what if the person didn't ask for my opinion? His plate was showcased in public, so I offered a public opinion.

If you don't like my personal opinions, don't comment on it. I may not be a fan of the mods (especially the Breytons) on your M3 but I'm not going to attack your personal taste and call you names.

So please, don't judge me because you're not Jesus.

Hopefully, one day, we can both share opinions at a local car meet in Milpitas.

Good day.

EDIT: I'm thinking about getting custom plates as well, what do you think of DUNH8M3 (sarcasm)?
