Interior color swap! From black to fox red

Hey guys, I just bought set of fox red front and rear seats from a member on here and planning to swap out my old black seats for them. I've been doing research on DIY instructions and everything seems pretty straight forward. Only think i'm worried about is installing the rear seats.

If you have any tips or advice that you could give me before the install, please let me know!

Info on the car and seats:
2009 M3 e92
Currently have black interior: fully electric: non heated seats

New seats are fully electric and heated from a 2011.
Would i have any trouble installing heated seats into a car with non heated seats?

I will also be documenting the DIY swap with lots of pics. So stay tuned!

To remove the rear seats, move fronts forward, get fully into the car and then pull up from either side. You need more force that one would think. Getting into cr give you better leverage. Care must be taken with the side bolsters. Good luck!
