Nah so far there is no quarter mile. Plenty of tracks with long straights to test top speed though
played both, GT5 is waaaay better. Forza doesn't feel real at all. |

that one is pretty tough. I cant do the 1000m brake test though, i get like .033 seconds away from gold.

Make a mark on the track and go from there. I think for that one I used the big X on the runway. Right before hitting the middle part of the X slam on the brakes and downshift like a mad man

Wheel. In the beginning i was slower with a wheel than a controller but now that I got the precision down its soo much fun. The only thing I'm struggling at right now is the top gear lotus challenge. It feels like I'm driving on ice.

what's the thrill?
Can someone tell me the thrill of these gts? from what I understand its a simulation so its not like these need for speed / midnight club games where shit is pretty much all about fun and doing impossible things, but I guess this would only be fun if you have the steering wheel?
i've seen people on youtube with the full setup, manual setup but do you really get into it like your driving? or do you use the standard controller ? what am I missing? I wanted to pick up nfs hot persuit today
