Looking for a 2011 E90 M3

I was looking in my area and saw 2 that I like. However the price is a tad high but knowing this weekend is memorial weekend I could probably work out a deal. Just wanted to know your thoughts.

Both cars have the same exact options though one is a CPO and the other is not but has 20K less miles.

Car #1:

2011 CPO BMW M3 w/ competition package and every other option. It has 44K miles and they are asking $50,100. Car is space grey with black interior.

Car #2:

2011 non CPO M3 w/copetition package and every other option this car could have has 24K miles and they are asking $48,000. Car color is Jerez Black with bambo leather.

Out of both cars which one would you go with?

I figured they were, I am definitely going to haggle down. I guess for the CPO one I was thinking of asking 46,500. Is that not a fair offer? Also with this weekend being memorial weekend should I wait to see any deals they have?

Garage List
2011.5 BMW M3  [10.00]
2004 BMW M3  [10.00]
I think they are pretty reasonable given the options, mileage, and model year.

Car#1 is a little on the high side but CPO does add a premium to the pricing of used M3s.

Car#2 is not overpriced at all. Fully loaded & low miles & i'd assume still under OEM warranty as well?

I'd go with car#2

Ok I was thinking car #2 possibly as well. Hoping if I can trade in my fully loaded X3 that they could match what carmax was offering to buy it.

odd generalization considering that's not true at all.

Car #2 is not overpriced.

Car #1 is considering the mileage.
