What should I do?
Ofcourse with my luck I cannot find the damn key from the lug nuts that came with my car.
I got the car with a mismatched pair of tires in the back. Do you guys think it would be safe to drive the car with a 245/35/19 on one side and a 265/35/19 on the other.. |

Are the fronts the same size? Sounds like someone put a front wheel on the rear. Or if the tires are new the installer might have grabbed a tire for the front and put it on the rear (in which case the installer and previous owner should all be taken out back and slapped for not doing a simple QC check...)
I would have to pray someone wouldn't willing buy two different sizes for the rear on purpose... |

Check under the trunk floor for the tool kit... It's been a while since I've looked, but I think its in there.

I wouldn't do that on my 335, let alone an M3. Too risky. But I don't really know much about diff ratios or whatever gets impacted in this scenario.
swamp2 probably has a good idea. |

You can buy a lug nut removal socket that has reverse threads and bites onto the lock to remove it.

On my 2011 E92 the tool kit and the first aid kit were under a panel to the right side of the trunk (behind/below the gas filler neck area).

yeah the original owner took it, and i don't know who he is because i bought through BMW auction. The mechanic that works for me had a special tool and broke them. So I'm riding around with 4 lugs, and just ordered aftermarket lug nuts which should do the job. Atleast I have the correct tires on now..

Right side under the small felt cover. You can see in this picture (not my car) the lug key and this owner wrote down the key number for future reference.
The dealer parts department usually has a collection of each key so they can help the customer determine the correct key #. I lost mine but had the original packaging with the key #, my local BMW parts tech said "that sure saved searching through all of the keys." |

Sounds like someone did a tire rotation they shouldn't have, though apparently only on one side of the car.... Do you have mismatched fronts as well?
Drive as if you're on a spare tire, i.e. stay in the right lane on the freeway (if you must get on the freeway at all) and avoid hard acceleration and hard cornering until you get it fixed. And unless you regularly take your M3 into shady neighborhoods, just get rid of the wheel locks and put the regular lug bolts on.
