cost of 18" to 19" upgrade

I do not want to post in marketplace as I am not in position to jump in that pond yet...

but how much would it cost to trade the stock 18" wheels for the 19" sets?

not including shipping, what would be the reasonable range I should expect to pay another member of this board for the switch?

thank you in advance for your help

i'd say check out the retail pricing on both and compare the % difference.

Just by looking at the current forum selling prices of the OEM 18" and the 19" sets (wheels/tires/TPMS) I would say that you will need around $1000 to $1200 for the upgrade, or pretty much the OEM option price to make the upgrade.

wow, ireally appreciate the quick responses. i chaecked the retail value of both on marketplace and found a $1000 difference. Being new to the M#post area, I wanted to be sure that my small sample was not a change in prices.

I appreciate confirmation.

1k to 1200 it is.

I just need to justify wheter it is better to...

A) pay 1200 for a set of wheels everybody has, but I can put wheel & tire insurance on

B) do research to get a unique wheel and pay more, with the risk of breaking costing more still
