New M3 Deals

Hey guys,

im looking to update my '07 m3 at the moment and ive found that alot of the new lease (personal contract hire) deals are very competative for the '11 M3's. (Like the monthly payments are just as low if not lower than 335 rates!)

Is there any reason for this??

(...im a little supiscious of the lower rates! ie bmw making less money!lol)

Is there any planned model changes coming or anything - other than the facelift start stop and the LED tail lights?

Thanks
Aj

Funny how they still charge 6.9% in Canada, crazy!

i did expect the rates to be a bit better due to the lower interest rates but they are lower than i thought!

(btw im planning of putting in my order this week- just trying to decide between white and jerez black!!)

One logical explanation is that the residual value after the lease is still high. The depreciation is low thereby a low monthly payment.
