Great work, and good picture instructions as well. The convertible switch hole seemed to be the most challenging to get right.

Great job, I did the same on my car. I took my time but really happy with the end results! Mine is a 6 speed manual but I had the same problem, only available for the E92 and not E93! Great write up by the way!

mmm...hope OP doesn't mind constructive criticism but that convertible top switch job does not look good at all.

johnny's pic isn't the greatest but it looks like a much cleaner install. care to share how you did it?

Here's mine: OEM competition GTS carbon fiber center console modified perfectly by iND ... Flawless execution and beveled edges all around the convertible roof switch

You can get a black window frame custom printed from a 3D printing shop online. Send them the measurements so u can hide the gaping gaps.

Very easy ... just take patience and a trim remover so the panels don't scratch. Start from the rear side and lift it a bit and then putting the fingers on the two side slowly pull it up.

Nicely done. Do you have any problems with glare on the high-gloss finish? It's one of the primary reasons GM did matte on my new car's center console/cluster surround.
