Shady1 has another carbon fiber mod...!!!

I am still currently deployed in Iraq, but I still have the carbon fiber mod virus. I ordered a ARKYM carbon fiber double sided 1x1 weave vented hood a few months ago from the vender Cal@Sonic MS. I had Cal@Sonic MS custom paint the hood and clear coat the exposed carbon fiber before they shipped it to me. I am about to go on my two week R&R vacation this month from Iraq so I had my wife take the hood to get installed before I come back home this week

When ever I redeploy back from Iraq for good sometime next year, Just in case you are wondering. I Will have the ARKYM full carbon fiber bumper Custom Painted it Will NOT stay Unpainted

. The ARKYM bumper was installed 1 week before I deployed to Iraq in FEB. I would like to thank my wife for taking the pics

, Cal@Sonic MS for the custom paint job on the hood, and I would like to thank my friend Jeremy the owner of Caliber Collision in Killeen, Texas for doing the install yesterday on his day off at his house

free of charge

talk about Soldier care

. I have a ARKYM carbon fiber diffuser but its not installed yet

, I also have another carbon fiber license plate frame that will match the rest of the carbon fiber its not installed yet as well

Hood looks great! looking forward to seeing the completed look.

Funny thing is that both of us had the hamann look. had everything Hamann taken off on mine for a new project.

I miss the Hamann look but I was forced to change it up a bit. I will still keep some of my Hamann mods, Hamann trunk spoiler,Hamann carbon fiber roof spoiler, and Hamann side skirts

. I still have to be different

and not blend in with the rest

Completely agreed. Too much Two-tone (Jerez on Carbon) just looks mismatched imho.

but I will not be putting a Arkym sticker on

Have you tested your LI at long range? The heads look a bit low and the one behind the plate is at a serious disadvantage.
