Westchester body shop recomendations

whats up guys, wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations on body shops in lower westchester area. Looking to repaint my front bumper and also close off those ugly reflectors and license plate holes. looking for a really good quality paint shop. Willing to pay a premium for the job to be done right. I've seen some really bad jobs done where the paint doesn't last at all and peels right off, so I am very skeptical of some places.

Also what is the difference of an oem paint job from factory and a body shop? would a good shop get it as close to possible? how many coats of paint are actually put on compared to factory and a INDY shop.
