I always avoid the polyurethane bushings for sway bars because of the squeaking. I've found harder rubber bushings better.
There is minimal to no NVH increase from the sub-frame bushing replacement. All new M's have this, including the more luxury oriented M5/M6 model. Changing differential bushings to Delrin, Poly or harder rubber will induce slightly more noticeable gear whine, but not harshness.

Poly bushings need to be serviced frequently with lubricant, or they will get noisy over time. Less servicing is required in the case of the sub-frame as not a ton of movement is present there compared to a sway bar, but those need lubrication as well. Polyurethane is not a service free item.

The poly bushings are merely insulators (ie: no moving parts), there is no need to lube these. I haven't heard a squeak since they were first installed.

We'll have the aluminum ones measured up this week for the racecar. Also get a sample printed out on our 3D printer to verify drawing/measurements as well as the new design. If there is significant interest in things like this, we can post a separate thread about it.

Minimal if any...most of the noise comes from the Diff Mounts and its only a slight whine. The biggest contributor to NVH are engine mounts and even then they are completely liveable with even with a DD (at least for me).
