ED pricing and tax questions

Hi guys,

I was hoping someone can help answer some of these pricing ?'s for me. I was using the ED invoice on a 2011 coupe and then adding options at the US invoice price.

Do you pay tax on gas guzzler tax?
Do you pay tax on the destination charge?
Do you pay tax on $1000 dealer profit or can you pay cash separately?

Do I bundle in my NY state tax with the financing or is that something I pay when the car arrive 4-8 weeks later at the DMV?

Does anyone think that we might get .09%, 60 month financing? I think it is available on the 2010 M3's, right?

Also are auto dimming mirrors standard or do I need the ZPP with the power folding mirrors as well. Just trying to cut down on costs.
