hahaha... yeah trust me, it was the other guys pushing for 8am.
I'd be fine with meeting from 2-5pm But that's what we're looking to hear - feedback/comments so we can change things to make it work best for the majority!

I was at your last outing... First time. I loved it but the place was so closed up? It's like backed away from the road... Do it on 16 mile and dequindre northwest corner.. I can set it up to be big and fun.. I can help and sponsor if needed.. I've seen older car shows done so nice. I believe that euro car's can too!! Plus I know 20 cars that will go at my calling!!

I wasn't part of the last outing (I just moved back to Michigan from Phoenix in December), but I think I know where they had it. The tough part is finding a place with sufficient parking, in the Troy/Royal Oak/Ferndale area, that has coffee/breakfast in the parking lot. But I agree that we can do this – hence why we're getting the ball rolling already.
PM me about any suggestions and sponsor info.

That would be my Place. The parking lot is huge. In front of the road.(16 mile and dequindre). You can fit 60 car's. Plus i can get the troy police department to turn a cheek..If it turn's out big.. I had honda motorcycle club's, and a classic car show.. Plus my place is a diner. So eating and such would be a bonus factor for all. I can seat 250 capacity..But my beef is I am a m3 fanatic. I'd love to show and tell. But I offered and just wait and see for response.

There's now a Facebook page for the event to keep up with all the info.
Seems like word is spreading around the Euro/exotic community, so hopefully this'll become a great monthly event! Quote:

It's a diner! Trust me. Go to the site. Facebook you say! I'll check into it.. I checked facebook. I went to the site last year, it's small you can't even see anything on the road in a way it's hidden? But to each there own. I was willing to accommodate my service's and a little of my Diner. The location is the reason it is small? Plus Champs? I've been in business for 17 year's i know my way around the business aspects. Jmo.

Two more days.
Going off the FB event invite we sent out a few weeks ago, we should have about 50-75 people there. Remember guys, keep the driving responsible, park in the correct area (do not take the parking nearest the stores), and be polite to the staff at Caribou/Panera!

hey man, welcome to the forum!
Here's the FB page for all the info on our meets http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gi...1937331&ref=ts But looks like yours is on the 2nd Saturday of each month, which is great so we're not competing! Either post up some info on your event (location/etc) or create a new thread in this regional section, and we'll try to spread the word. I'll be there on June 12th as long as my M is out of the shop by then.

Finally...looks like spring is not too far away. Hopefully we are not jinxing ourselves by posting this, but we are going to try our first meet of the season on Saturday April 2nd. The meets are at the same place as last year at Kart 2 Kart in Sterling Heights. The meets go from 8:30 to 11:30 and K2K offers discounted races at $12 till noon.
The best way to keep up with the happenings of the meet are on the facebook page. All are welcome and hoping to make this meet even larger than past years. We are going to stay on the same schedule being the first Saturday of every month (possibly moving for 4th of July weekend).
