Help: 08-09 E90 M3 pricing and mileage expectation

Hi guys, I have been searching around for an E90 M3 for a while now but need some help with what should I expect from my budget. Currently I am looking for 08/09 production with 09 as my preferred year and my budget is $35-$36K after tax or about $33 before tax.

The only option I care about is DCT since I don't really mind about the EDC nor nav system especially the early nav system. So with only DCT as my only option and probably any interior color but silver, what mileage should I expect to see from that pricing? Is it possible for me to get a car with a mileage below 60K miles? Or maybe even below 50K?

Opinions and thoughts are very welcome. Let me know if I need to adjust my preference to meet the budget. Thanks!

I don't mind for 08 though, but I'm willing for 09 with higher mileage. Thanks!

You should be able to find a nice 08 no issues. I think even higher mileage 09s will be a tad higher.

Well, hopefully I can find one soon enough. Now the problem is not so many E90 equipped with DCT are for sale out there. Thanks man!

I agree that your budget is too low for a good '09 model. You can definitely find an '08 though

Agreed. I got an 08 for that price in excellent shape. Couldn't find an 09 in my budget though.

Did you ever find a car?

I bought my loaded E90 in Space Gray with a few extra goodies and low miles for around $40k.

I was going to buy a loaded couple black/red for 34k and actually that is bluebook I believe with 58k miles.

However I saw a 2008 on this forum with 52k miles and it was going to sell for like 33k so idk if i believe him.

I think they are negotiating harder on the old 2008's easy.
