I know your car is white and you think the contrast is a little much but that spoiler is so sexy in person, dont paint it! I love seeing the raw carbon! (especially against the black)

Golffer- Thx im really stoked on how the car turned out.

And no the wheels are NOT reps, they are the real deal straight off my gf's M6. The real M6 wheels fit perfectly with the stock sized M3 tires. I did a ton of homework to see if the wheels would work and everywhere I read said they would never fit. After I did a bunch of measuring myself, I had the tires switched over and have never looked back. There was no rub @ stock ride height w/the M6 wheels and still no rub w/the Dinan drop.

Just incase anyone cares REAL M6 wheels will fit an E92 and IMO give you a perfect wheel gap!

Install of my AW painted spoiler is in progress now!
Here's one small pic of the test fit.

I will post more pics (of the whole car and in daylight) and impressions after all is completed.

I think the painted spoiler looks great on a white car, if you're concerned about the black CF standing out too much.

I used Betalink to mount the spoiler. I wanted it as secure as possible. As Betalink is a black adhesive (almost tar-like), mounting a white spoiler on a white car makes any excess goo that oozes out between the two pretty visible. It must be meticulously cleaned immediately after mounting the spoiler. If the spoiler was unpainted, any excess Betalink would be much more inconspicuous since it would blend in with the black CF. So mounting the spoiler was straightforward, but tidying up the spoiler to trunk seam took a bit of time. The end result was pretty good, though!

More Pics Coming: I should have pics later tonight or tomorrow at the latest as I haven't been able to free up quite yet.

Thumbs up

Here are some quick pics I took today. The sunlight angle gave a lot of shadows, so sorry for the pic quality. I'll work on getting better pics in the future.

Hope this gives everyone a feel for how the painted CF BMW Performance spoiler looks on an AW e92!!

I like the look - more subtle than unpainted but more aggressive than the stock spoiler.
