The 380mm rotor will not fit a 18" wheel. I don't necessarily want to use a 19" wheel for track or winter.

I believe there are a couple of 18" wheels that will work with the 380mm. Search around.

Someone needs to jump on this. These kinds of deals on a barely-used, high quality BBK don't come around too often.
