M3 in Orlando - Anyone familiar with it?

Hello, I'm a former E92 owner considering getting back into one. Debating between another E92 or a lower mileage Z4M Roadster (I think they're steals right now). Anyway, is anyone familar with this car? Not sure if it's a forum member's.
For the price it seems like a good deal if it hasn't been in an accident.

If anyone is in Orlando, would you care to look at it for me? I'm in OH.

Thanks!

It's worth a shot!
That's seen a lotta sun. New steering-wheel refresh because that baby looks chewed on.
The driver seat has seen much action.
It's set a little low so the bottom should see some scrapes.
The front carbon lip hit a curb.
Miles are low enough for a some Rod Bearing action (ACLraceStd ARP2000). I wouldn't buy premium bearings for that car.
Throttle actuators gotta be done or much needed.
I'd ask for maintenance records and expect nothing. Anything is a bonus at $23,000.
It's worth a shot!

Totally agree. At that price you could probably put a little bit of money into it and have a fun car for a few years. What else can you get for around $25k?
I ended up getting a Z4M coupe. Cost more, but it's pretty cool.
