Windshield Washer Pump or Fuse issue

Hi guys, need some help/suggestions with windshield washer pump not functioning on my wife's 2008 328i E90. Can someone please point out to me where the fuse box and specifically windshield washer pump fuse is located on this car? Once I determine if it is in fact pump, not a fuse, I will take the right wheel off, fender splash guard and replace the pump itself. However, I wanted to make sure that it is not a simple fuse that needs to be replaces. Imagine, at the BMW dealership estimated $450 worth of repairs. I just ordered a brand new pump on eBay for $15 (delivered). Planning to take care of this myself. Thank you in advance for your input on this.

I replaced the washer pump in my wife's 2003 325i. The write ups I saw stated that the wheel needed to be pulled, but it didn't. It was an extremely easy 10 minute job requiring nothing but a screw driver.

I hope that is still the case for the e90.

If you need the DIY print out, I have is on another computer I think.

Yes, I think that for E90 it is a bit different. For E90 you have to take off right front wheel and that's the only way ... I think

Have someone hit the washer and listen to the washer pump. I bet the strainer is clogged causing it not to spray.

Even if that is the case, I still have to take the wheel off, wheel splash guard off in order to get access to the strainer / filer, right?

What if all it is is a blown fuse? Where is this fuse located? Anyone knows?
