"limp mode" issue

I have been having my e92 go into limp mode (dsc off and engine malfunction) if I do multiple start up cycles in a short window. Car is at 60K miles. Dealer is saying i need to replace both throttle actuators (cost of $2600). If I dont drive the care for approx 3 hours it works beautifully. Car has new battery. Researched into throttle actuator issues and found most owners complain of intermittent issues with no set time... Any expertise or help would be greatly appreciated!

Replace the actuators... and I would also do the idle control value and fuel pressure sensor as well if you intend on keeping the car.
