Lease rates for September 2011 out yet?
I am waiting to see if the new rates for the 2012 model year or 2011 left overs are better than this months rate. I would wait the week or so difference if there is a better deal to come on my M3 and a 328xi. Does anyone know if these numbers are out yet?

the new lease rates and residuals on the M3's are worse. 20 points higher on the rate and the residual is about 3 points lower.

I don't readliy have the numbers, but this is from July, and I don't believe the numbers have changed much if at all since then. Residuals posted are for 15K miles/year. Add 2% to Residual for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms. ^^^ They told you it was same as July? Really doubt it happens. Everything I've heard/seen has pointed to a .00195 base rate and lower residuals. Here's the .pdf that was posted in another thread: http://www.m3post.com/forums/attachm...hmentid=573778
