Is this the slowest forum you have ever used?

Just curious what everyone else's experience is with this here. I love the site and the community itself. But this has to be hands down the absolute slowest site I use with any regularity, slow enough it wasn't for the wealth of information here I would probably try to look for answers somewhere else.\

I am talking about constant 30-45 second load times for pages. I initially thought maybe it was a fluke, but continually happens at both home and work(both have 100mbps+ connections) so I just figured I would see what the communities sentiment is. Maybe if we make enough noise we can get a solution implemented?

For me, it's almost instantly...... Sorry!

Just started being slow a month or so ago. But yeah, it totally creeps and totally sucks. My request often times out.

It's slow for me too, and forget it if there are pics that need to load up (not talking about pics from external sources). Also, they seem to have too many outages that say they'll be back in 5m or something like that, but they end up being down far longer.

I think a little more than a year ago is when it really started to die down...

The speed isn't an issue when it's not timing out. At least once a day (usually in the afternoon), it continually times out and I can't get on the site at all. It's at that time when I actually get work done.

They should have a rating system to see who's credible IMO because there's just too much BS being posted out of someones arse round here. Just tons of misinformation and it makes the entire forum look bad.

I find it to be very slow, yet very entertaining to see all the N54 newb threads. This shit has gone down hill, its like a god damn trainwreck, shouldn't look, but have to!

No it is definitely something on the sites end. At work were on gigbit+ connection, and at home I have 100mbps down as well. It feels like the site has dynamic bandwidth or something that is always lagging behind the demand. Making it AWFUL some times, then occasionally works perfect with no lag. It is very odd.
