Are these OE BMW? Part of the upgrade kit sold by BMW? If BMW, I'm all aboard. More details regarding the PNP harness would be appreciated.

Yes the lights are OEM BMW bought it from EAS.

The PNP harness would allow the lights to work on Pre 2011 Model M3's.
