Typical cost of SSK Install?
Anyone gotten their SSK professionally installed? What did they charge you? If you've gotten a "deal" from someone you know, don't tell me, I don't have a good enough relationship with my guy here for that.
I've looked at the DIYs and it looks like a lot of fun , I may go down that route, but if it isn't TOO expensive, then I may have someone else do it. Also, how long does the install take if you are somewhat skilled with an automobile?

Do you know how many shop hours he was basing that off of? It seemed to me by looking at the DIY that it would take quite a while to do.
If anyone knows about the length of time it takes to do this install roughly, please let me know.

if you dont have piping done (or suspension for that matter), i would definitely try do as much work as possible while the car is on a lift or while certain parts needs to be taken off to reach the shifter.
