HELP: Vorsteiner GTS-5 Bumper Install

What's up guys, I finally got around to repainting my car and the bodyshop guy seems to be puzzled about the fitment of my Vorsteiner GTS5 front bumper.

1. Does the black foam inserts that's attached to the bumper reinforcement, needs to be removed?
2. Also, does the outer corners of the bumper reinforcement bar needs to be trimmed?
3. What other mods needs to be done to fit this bumper?

Since he's an older guy, he's afraid to mess with it.. It looks like I'll have to install it, along with the retractable front license plate holder.

I have this bumper and did all fitting myself. You definitely need to either trim the foam (recommended) or remove all together. I don't remember having to do any trimming at the ends so I'd need to see what you are talking about specifically. Can you take a picture?

^Thanks buddy.. I installed it today.

I opted to trim the foam inserts a little, rather than removing it altogether. I think by having the form insert, i think it gives the bumper a little cushion just in case someone backs into it.
