This is why it's important to have the "uninsured/underinsured" coverage on your policy. Your insurance company will cover the rest, and probably go after that guy's personal assets and future income.

from the picture, looks like the impact was directly on the driver side with 60MPH... glad u are ok. M3 is a safe car. U will get a better one.

E46 m3 and take your engine back and swap it!!

Or another e92 and keep the old engine too!

Glad youre ok but airbags did not deploy?? Thats a little worrisome.

The air bag system we have in our cars are a Gen 3 system if I am not mistaken, someone correct me if I am wrong however they are more advanced than any others. The detect the right time to deploy, if it was safe to deploy at all. Fortunately they did not for me because if they would have, I would have either been seriously or fatally injured.

Rear wing was fine but beta link applied however front splitters were trashed from hitting and scrapping cement and the back of the flat bed wrecker as it was loaded on.
