My monthly, including tax, is not as low as $765 (my MSRP is higher). But I am putting out only $1000 for my first payment, no second payment, then the regular payments after that. No bank fees, prep fees, tire frees, etc. However I will indeed pay a price when I get my plates 60 days after US arrival. How could I not go M3 E93 when you can get much less car for the same price?

Funny story - I was in NJ over the weekend with my wife and I wanted her to drive the M3 since she hadn't yet and she has to hear me talk about the car everyday. So we went in and asked for a test drive and she loved it. I drove a little to and loved it again. I was curious to see what price they would throw at me so I had the guy run the numbers (I know thats mean but what the hell). I priced out the car the same way I have now at and the guy comes back with $950 per month with $3,200 out the door. I almost fell out of my chair. I was going to just walk out but then he made me laugh when he goes "we are selling it at invoice and making no money". My wifes eyes lit up because she knew I was going to go round 2 with this guy. I pull up edmunds pricing on his computer and a lease calculator and show him where this price should be. He comes back at $865 per month. I go " wow, from making no money a min ago to being able to now drop $3000+ off the payment?" He said he would rather get the dealership sales numbers up and lose some money to make this happen. Its really sad how they come up with these BS lines. I know the price should have been $765 per month. Its greedy dealers like this that scare people out of the BMW they really want. If i knew my budget was around $750 and he came back with $950 or then $865, id move on to a different car since I would assume I just can't afford this right n ow. Im glad I found all the info on this web site so i can go into the dealership knowing the TRUTH and what to expect |

One thing occurred to me: Those of you paying more from deals earlier in the year will have a much lower residual. Mine is over $50k. So at lease end, if the market 2013/2014 is as firm as BMW seems to believe it will be, you will have the opportunity to buy at several thousand below the going market price for what is essentially the same car, which could mean a buy/sell profit opportunity to get some of that margin back. Perhaps cold comfort. I'll shut up now.

Tell Mark that Steve told you to come to him and let him give you a quote. He'll get right back to you on email. Can't hurt to get his quote. If he is lower, you save money. If he isn't, you have peace of mind |

2011 M3 e93
So I had 9 months left on my 09 M3 sedan lease and wanted to see if I could trade up to a e93 with the current deals. I was over 12k on miles and had around 6200.00 left on payments. With 4500.00 total out of pocket, my lease came in at 895.00. Picking up car tomorrow evening and will post picks. 82,245.00 sticker on an 2011 E93 jerez black, extended leather, loaded up with every imaginable option. Will post pics asap! If anyone is looking for an e93, get in to the dealership by this weekend. these deals will not come around again for a while
