Personally, the new M5 floats my boat, quite well might I add. Not just the power, but the muscular lines and the sporty luxury side (have a baby on the way, definitely need more room). Also, there is something about a twin-turbo V8 that does it for me, especially one that feeds 560bhp to the rear wheels in such luxury.

my M3 is our "family car". I need a proper 4 seats and a trunk, and preferably 4 doors. dislike the AMG and Audi S offerings right now, so I guess I have to go M5, or suck up my distaste of ugly cars (and go Panamera Turbo), or fear of huge repair bills (and get a Quattroporte).
I floated the idea of a used Bentley CGT to my wife when we were shopping for the M, and she said hell no, that looks like an old person's car...lol |

If I do anything it'll probably be to keep my M3, but buy a used GT3 to have next to it. If I have the money at the time, I may just go ahead and buy a new M3 to sit next to my E90. I don't really want to sell it for a while, if ever.

Well my '11 E90 ///M is my first Bimmer. It shares "daily" driving duties with my Ram diesel pickup. I am not looking to replace it for at least 3yrs which gives me time to see what is up with the next ///M. The more "focused sports car" is to the right <<<<<<<. I am anxiously waiting to see the new one which is being shown in another week. Mine is an 08 Coupe and my first Viper. Had Vettes before but have found the Viper more to my liking. If I go for a new one I will wait at least 2 years waiting to see what the ACR will be like as well as sometime to pass for any changes to be made to correct any "bugs" in a new design. I would be interested in a GT3-RS (especially the 4.0 version!) but like some have said here I think it is overpriced for what you get, not to mention out of my reach. Add to that, the styling of the 911 is just OK for me and does not appeal to me in the looks department as much as the Viper and ///M.

With 4 soon to be in college, I think I'm keeping my current ride for awhile.
Therefore my next ride will probably be a JAZZY SCOOTER!
